When do I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Are there any hidden fees or taxes?
No, you will only be charged the sum stated in your cart.
All ordrers are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
What currency do I pay in?
All orders will be processed in Norwegian kroner (NOK), however, for your convenience all prices in the shop are automatically converted to your local currency.
You will only be charged the sum stated in your local currency, at the most current exchange rate.
May I return my order?
Yes, you can try all items you want in the comfort of your own home. You have 30 days to decide whether to keep your items.
If you don't like them, or if they don't fit, you can easily return the product, and you will receive a full refund to be credited to the original payment method. When using PayPal, they will refund the cost of sending it back. Otherwise, we offer full refund of your return costs to be used as store credit.
